Well, Chris Klinger (of "The Orange Guys Mechanical"), you came through for me yet again! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!. We first met back during the Polar Vortex of late January of 2019 (see my review on YELP from January of 2021) when you saved my life and now today, during the December 23rd Polar Vortex of 2022, I found myself needing a miracle again. Once again, my (now 22-year old) furnace in my Evanston condo shut down, on the coldest day of the year (and the day before Christmas Eve!) and I rang you up and within hours you were here again, cleaning out some pieces of equipment (and kindly agreeing to simultaneously do the annual service) and $150 later, I was off and running. You even explained to me why this happens during exceptionally frigid days and showed me a quick fix I can do on my own should it happen again. You never talked to me about replacing my furnace and when I asked YOU about it, you promised me you would let me know when it would be necessary.
